Training and Support Information:
Initial training will cover over a period of two weeks in our training organization – Meadow Hall Consult. The training will give you adequate knowledge and understanding of the business for an excellent performance. The training includes but not limited to the following:
- Comprehensive Induction Training
- History of business – Meadow Hall
- Understanding the industry and target market
- How to set up and run the Centres
- The curriculum
- Technical operation training
- Sales and Marketing training
- Finance, Administration and reporting
Continuous Training and Support
In addition to the initial training, Meadow Hall Branchise will provide you with continuous bespoke training, telephone and e-mail support. This is to ensure help is available to you whenever needed. We place priority on training and support because they are pivotal to the success of our franchises. Our aim is to ensure that you are not left alone but adequately supported whenever required.
